Our Professional Office Building
We are centrally located in Coral Springs on Wiles & Rock Island, in the professional business center of Whispering Woods. Our lobby doors are open between 9-5 with a full time receptionist. We also have a large lunch room with free coffee & tea for any agents and customers as well.
Your customers can drop off any documents if needed at our office. We also have conference rooms which can be reserved for closings by the Seller or Buyer if needed.

We give you 100% commission, so there is no way to provide leads. However, we do provide a profile on our website and provide you with a personal website ( proactive agents only ), leads can come from there. We do guide you on how to generate leads on your own.
No. Pro | Agents is for everyone. Weather you are a top producer, part timer or just beginning. Weather you do 1 transaction a year or 5 a month.
Before closing, we provide you with a Broker Authorization form which you give to title company. They will pay you direct. If transaction is a rental, after all funds have been accounted for and all documents received, broker will disburse your commission.
None at all. We are not corporate owned, we are independent and do not charge the yearly fees like larger corporate owned firms.
As an Independent Contractor, you are not obligated to attend meetings. If you would like to stay up to date on the market or changes going on, we encourage you to attend meetings when there is one.
We are with the Broward, Miami, South Broward and West Palm Beach Board Of Realtors. Per National Board Of Realtors, any Brokerage that belongs to the Board also has to have all their agents join the Board.
