In the context of real estate transactions, it is important to clarify that our office does not prescribe a specific standard commission amount for listing properties. We affirm our commitment to fostering an environment where sellers and agents have the freedom to negotiate commissions independently. This means that there is no mandatory requirement, such as a fixed 6% commission on listings.

Additionally, sellers are granted the liberty to offer no compensation to a buyer’s agent without incurring penalties or disparate treatment. It is our policy to uphold transparency and flexibility in commission negotiations.

Should any deviation from the aforementioned practices be observed involving our agents, we kindly request that you contact us promptly. Your feedback is crucial in ensuring adherence to our established standards. We are dedicated to promptly addressing any concerns and rectifying issues that may arise. In the event of any non-compliance, we pledge to report the concerned agent to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
